WHEN AND HOW DO WINNERS GET THEIR PRIZES?
1st Prize: Yacht ownership transferred to the Winner.
The winner will have the Debt Free Yacht transferred into their names. The transfer of ownership to the winner will be arranged by our Lawyers who will make the of ownership on behalf of the winners at no cost to the winners.
Transfer Documents will be available to sign within 14 days of the winner being announced.
At the same time a voucher valid for 12 months for the Yacht Master Coastal training will be provided.
Upon signing you will have legal right to the Yacht.
2nd Prize: Within 14 days of the winner being drawn a voucher valid for 12 months for the Yacht Master Coastal training will be provided.
3rd Prize: Within 14 days of the winners being drawn vouchers valid for 12 months for a 4 night Caribbean sailing adventure will be provided.
2nd Draw: Within 14 days of the winner being drawn arrangements will be made to deliver gold bullion and/or coins valued at $5,000 to the winner.
HOW IS THE WINNER NOTIFIED?
Immediately on completion of the prize drawing the winner will be contacted by the preferred contact provided at the time of entry to advise them of the prize that they have won.
If they do not respond. The prize winner will be contacted at least once per day for seven days until they become aware of the prize they have won.
Should the winner not respond within 90 days a re draw will occur.
